Animals House at Gupta College of Technological Sciences, is well planned and capacious. The Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC) has been framed which comprises of zoologist, veterinarian and eminent scientist as per the prerequisites of Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA), Govt. of India. Use of good quality (genetically and microbiologically defined) animals is essential for obtaining reliable and reproducible results in biomedical research and for the production and testing of drugs. Separate Rooms for Mice, Rats, Rabbits and Guinea Pigs are provided along with working area, store room & wash area at Gupta College of Technological Sciences. This Animal House facility is a resource center for UG / PG students of Gupta College of Technological Sciences. Here students will also learn the ethical treatment of animals.

We are pleased to announce that the college journal “Journal of PharmaSciTech” ISSN No. 2231 3788 indexed in various highly recognized indexing agencies(CAS, Doaj, Hinari) has achieved the Google scholar based impact factor of 0.479 with IC value 5.47
